Dear team of the Paschenburg, this meal with you will not have been our last. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed outside and then accompanied to our desired place. A misunderstanding on our part regarding the number of persons has been created uncomplicated and highly professionally by the team from the world. Sitting in the square we got the very promising menu. Already the aperitif convinced us, both the alcoholic and the “driver suitable”. After the successful start in the evening we got an excellent food served and enjoyed very much. A beautiful location with beautiful ambience. The guest room is very tasteful and invites you to stay. The long window space is of course coveted with the madness view and is often booked out. The service convinces with its expertise and arroganceless kindness, you feel very good and taken seriously as a guest! The menu offers modern, seasonal cuisine and is curious about the attractive dishes offered. There are not everyday liqueur specialties, very good cafe and excellent cakes and cakes. What else do you want? I wish the very best Paschenburg team a lot of success! We like to come!
Very good food. You can't eat in the restaurant because of Corona, but you can order boxes with food. All I had eaten there was always very well prepared. And if you get a place in the restaurant, you can sit in a small glass dome and enjoy a perfect view. Wars 5 stars
Very nice ambience, well trained and friendly staff. The coco pumpkin soup was great, the glazed duck tip, the foam burger steak plate good, but the dessert potenknödel with zwetschgenröster and ice cream of the knaller. Overall very good kitchen.

Wir kommen aus der Gegend, waren aber seit langer Zeit nicht mehr dort. Von Freunden und Bekannten hatte wir nur Gutes gehört. Die Küche ist wirklich gut und der Service ausgesprochen freundlich, so wie es uns berichtet wurde.
Very nice restaurant above the Schaumburg. With wonderful view far into the Wesertal.... Good selection of dishes and drinks, great staff. A visit is always worth it.
The view of the Weser Mountains is simply brilliant!! Perfect location. The kindness of the host could be better, however, the employees themselves are nice.
