Ich war wieder einmal mit einem Geschäftspartner dort zum Mittagessen. Mein Gast wählte die tagesaktuell empfohlenen Pfifferlinge mit Tagliatelle (16,50€), ich den Zander (21€). Das Essen war sehr lecker und von sehr guter Qualität (= sehr bekömmlich). Bemerkenswert finde ich zum einen den sehr aufmerksamen und professionellen Service. Wir wurden gefragt, ob alles recht ist, ob es noch zusätzliche Soße zum Fisch oder Parmesan zu den Nudeln sein darf. Eine Auswahl verschiedener Salzsorten wurde gebracht. Zum Espresso bekamen wir selbstgebackene Plätzchen. Zum anderen fällt mir jedesmal das feine und perfekt inszenierte Tischkonzept und die stilsichere Geschirr- und Besteckauswahl auf. So etwa...
Simple hotel for the style of the 80s with granite plates and brown tiles. It was probably something special in the past, but the tooth of time has been awkward. View from the room window on the robot, see photo. The staff was very nice and helpful. You should not have a room on the terraces or Leave beer garden side if you want to sleep before 24:00. Rooms to the street are unsuitable if you want to sleep longer than 5 o'clock. Well suited for Monteur groups, but much too expensive.
Wir waren zweimal kurz nacheinander mit Geschäftsgästen bei Passmann, beim ersten Mal war das Essen gut, die Fischempfehlung ausserhalb der Karte allerdings preislich sehr stramm, was wir erst beim Zahlen feststellten. Daher lohnt ein rechtzeitiges Nachfragen.Beim zweiten Mal empfanden wir Suppe und Hauptspeise als zu salzig, ein Gericht war nur lauwarm. Ob es unsere Kritik bis in die Küche geschafft hat, wissen wir nicht.
We stayed in Passmann during our multi-day hike. Fortunately, we got a room back, so that the street in the room was not to be heard. The room was modern and clean. The bathroom has a pleasant size. Most importantly, the mattresses were very comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and prepared with high quality ingredients. The coffee tastes and a buter fruit salad lets you start a healthy day.

First time visit and very happy with everything. Great menu, staff very attentive.Total price for four was 256 €uros. My CITI VISA debit was politly refused. Only cash or EC card was accepted which caused a little problem. Need to to take cash next time.UB 226
We were invited to a birthday. There was a great aperitif, a delicious appetizer and a great main dish! The fantastic dessert has perfectly rounded off the menu. The service was attentive and very friendly. It was a nice evening and we like to come back!
We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Passmann and were very satisfied. Very large room with really good beds. Parking directly at the house. Ms. Passmann was very friendly and served us courtesy. You're welcome.
Da wir in dem Hotel auch üernachtet haben, lag es nahe dort auch einmal zu essen! Die Karte war übersichtlich, das Essen frisch und gekonnt zubereitet. Gerne wieder!
