Wenn wir in Meinerzhagen beschäftigt sind, gehen wir immer mal wieder in dieses Restaurant, weil die Küche allgemein nicht schlecht ist. Dies geschieht mal mit sowie mal ohne ein Gutscheinbuch. Wenn dieses Restaurant in einem solchen Buch enthalten ist, nutzen wir auch selbstverständlich den entsprechenden Gutschein! Eine etwas ältere Dame serviert dort und jedesmal wenn wir einen Gutschein vorlegen, versprüht sie fast vorwurfsvolle Blicke. Auch haben wir diesbezüglich bereits mehrfach eine nicht so glückliche Bemerkung von ihr gehört. Das Restaurant am Flugplatz mit dem französischen Namen "pot au feu" ist ein Familiengeführtes Restaurant mit lokaler Speisekarte. Die Einrichtung erinnert an Omas Wohnzimmer, aber alles ist in gutem Zustand und ordentlich. Die Speisekarte ist begrenzt, aber die Speisen waren ordentlich. Nichts außergewöhliches, aber absolut ok. Die ältere Dame als Bedienung ist freundlich, jedoch etwas langsam und vergesslich. Obwohl wenig los war im Restaurant hat es schon sehr lange gedauert, bis wir eine Karte bekommen haben. On a rainy Friday evening we were on our route to a hotel near Gummersbach in the Bergisches Land, east of Köln. Between the Autobahn A45 and Gummersbach we found by incident this very nice restaurant Pot au Feu. Opposite het regional airport. The interior is 110% German. The landlady herself served the tables. Very adequate, friendly, customer focus. The food is mainly traditionally German but also with some nice vegetarian choices and often rösti. The food is perfectly prepared, including hot dishes and a special knife for my Schweinenackensteak. The Gorgonzola on top of it was as it should be: not too much but delicious. Very recommendable restaurant.
We have come to this facility for many years, whenever the opportunity is presented. The service is friendly and tidy. The mother of the owner does the portion, and despite her age is very tidy, friendly and efficient. The food was rarely anything but top... notch. Like the ambience, the selection is traditional, but diverse, and should fit pretty much everyone. I highly recommend them. Stylish, fine dining room quality, simply delicious food and a good ambience for a fair price!

We loved the authenticity of this place! A very sweet old lady serves you. I had the late zle with pork medallions late zle is a kind of pasta, a local dish and my friend had a steak with rubbing cake rubbing cake are also a local dish,...grated potatoes in a kind of potatoes pancakes that are baked in frying pan. We have our dishes with extra sauce and vegetables on the page not on the pictures. We were very happy with the food and service in this authentic environment.
Von Zeit zu Zeit besuchen wir gerne dieses typisch bergische Restaurant. Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu groß, aber dafür sind die Speisen immer in Top Qualität. Die Speisekarte bietet für jeden etwas. Das Ambiente ist typisch für diese Gegend, nicht hochmodern, dafür aber gemütlich und sauber.
The restaurant is located on a main road near the airfield of Meinerzhagen. They have an own parking place. The interior is a little dark but cosy. The dishes are standard German food. The boss lady is nice and open hearted. The prices are reasonable.
