The food was super delicious! The ingredients are seasonal and noticeably fresh. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, from my point of view, the selection of warm vegetarian dishes is missing on the menu. There was only one. The waiter kindly offered I could put something together which was very nice. In some restaurants they are not flexible at all, which I thought was great. Nevertheless, I would recommend, also for the sake of sustainability, to include one or two additional vegetarian dishes on the menu. Otherwise everything was perfect! The spaetzli are the best I've ever eaten.
One of the best restaurants in Switzerland. Super delicious food, incredibly friendly service. Anyone who enjoys fine dining must have been to the Quellenhof at least once in their life.
