I invited friends at raphaêl to celebrate my birthday, and among them was a chef and I had to surprise him. Having already had several gastronomic evenings at raphaêl, memorable evenings, I was sure of my choice!We had dinner on the terrace, pleasant by this warmth. From the aperitif, the festival of flavours was at the rendezvous: a very good rose with fresh tomato bruschetta and truffles (mella-generals..).
