I've rarely seen anything like that. stefan pfanzelt creates his experiences as a learned cook, sommelier and patissier with a lot of style - but also more relaxed rest - to bring into harmony with a rural castle.I recommend dishes from the modular system of the menu. Here you will find something that surprises and sounds.But also a walk with subsequent coffee and cake becomes a pleasure here. the cakes are all made themselves. they do not have to hide themselves from any conditories – on the contrary. I was very surprised when we were eating with guests from the usa here. the feeds were explained with perfect vocabulary to detail. the Swabian-Schyzerdütsche betonung was the positive i-Tüpfe...
we wanted to eat a special meal on our high-time day and drove to the castle klingenberg for this purpose. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed.Very long waiting time (about 3/4 hours) from one walk to another! as the donauspargeln were simply served green asparagus without making us aware of it before. the meat (colbsteak) was tough and also not as big as on the side table! probably it had no more enough stock.We have reported to us by mail at herrn pfanzelt and told him our critique. he didn't even write us an answer back. we do not find this customer-friendly and we will certainly not recommend it locally.
