On our way back from exploring Königssee we decided to try some Bavarian dishes. This place was on the way so we decided to drop by. They seated us very quickly and proceeded to order. I had a Trout and my girlfriend had a Pfannkuchen Soup. The food was ok, but what really made this place stick in my mind was the staff.Our waiter barely let us look at the menu before coming to ask for our orders. Her attitude made me believe she was annoyed that we even stopped by. We did not think anything of it and waited for our food. Both our meals came at different times which was a bit annoying but when I got my meal, it had no utensils. The waitress was nowhere to be found and I had to get up and grab...
Das Restaurant ist zwar rustikal eingerichtet, aber die bayrische Gemütlichkeit fehlte. . Den Restaurantanbau mit einem Wartesaal-Charakter kann man von zwei Seiten jeweils über Treppen erreichen. Dies hat ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen zur Folge. Dauernd standen Türen offen und es zog. Dauernd guckte jemand auf meine Teller. Die Tische sind rechts und links neben dem einzigen Gang sehr eng aufgestellt. Dadurch hat man recht wenig Privatsphäre und bei vollem Restaurant wird es richtig laut. Wir entschieden uns zum Mittagessen für "Käsespätzle mit Bärlauch". Die Käsespätzle wurden wortlos auf den Tisch gestellt. wir haben 1 kakao für 5,60€ und einen kaffee bestellt. der kakao war noch klumpig vom pulver, also nix echte schokolade, die sahne war billige sprühsahne. der kaffee hat suaer geschmeckt. für 2 heißgetränke und 2 stück kuchen haben wir völlig übertriebene 20€!!! gezahlt. viel zu teuer, sehr schlechte qualität. schade! die lage wäre so schön. das restaurant ist recht verstaubt und rustikal. es läuft schlagermusik. die vanillesauce zum apfelstrudel war leider auch nicht hausgemacht, leider hat unsere vermutung die kellnerin bestätigt. leider gar nicht zu empfehlen.
Nous y avons été en famille (6) deux fois. Le premier jour à notre arrivée au Königsee (notre hôtel ne proposait pas de restaurant).La deuxième fois le soir du feu d'artifice le 1er janvier. Et cette fois-ci par choix.Bonne cuisine, et bon rapport qualité/prix. Book a table now

Trevlig restaurang som hade öppet även under lågsäsong. Här vilade vi och tog något gott att dricka efter vandringsturen kring sjön. Trevlig personal och gott öl. Väldigt fint julpyntat i restaurangen dessutom.
Had lunch with the family. The food was very good. Fish was very fresh. Prices were a little high. The apple strudel was not that good, had a lot of seeds and peel with the apples.
