just 18 places has this somewhat hidden - at the end of the rue de commerce - lying restaurant. often you get in French restaurants if you only come to two and have not reserved the cat table. here we were allowed to choose our place. also the problem-free change of the main dish of the menu through one of the specialties of the day was not obvious. there is an attentive friendly service and excellent cooked dishes. that's the few steps worth more. here is worth a visit.
we had lunched twice in September 2016 and it was very good, colored plates with a subtle southern influence in flavors. The announcement of the vegetal/vegan menu made me want to go back and I don't regret! It's rare to find a restaurant in the jura that offers complete vegetarian menus and more with vegan choices!Bravo for the initiative and continue to delight the taste buds of those who love living animals!
We had dinner at the species last Saturday for the second time. The card is not provided but is renewed often. the products are fresh and everything is done at home (including desserts). Very good value for money, the presentation is neat and the service is nice and discreet.
