staying in zermatt with friends, we have dinner in this pretty restaurant of zermatt. very friendly welcome despite our half hour late and very hot decoration with lots of wood. beautiful well-cut menu with local dishes and a beautiful traditional kitchen map. We each took a different dish (6 people) and everyone was delighted. Arrives the end of the evening, we were the last and despite everything we were not in a hurry to leave the place. a recommendation.

We've visited twice this weekend and both times were great. Completely different menu to anywhere else in the village. A lovely change from the standard rösti fare. The tuna starter tonight was AMAZING. My only criticism would be that the portions could be smaller! I love my dog but he really didn't deserve the steak that we brought home for him on both nights.

we have eaten several times at holger and iris and it was very fine and surprising every time. freshly prepared, sauces a dense, all of the finest. cozy local, super nice service - we always like to come and look forward to the culinary highlights and both of you.
we went spontaneously to the swiss chalet. we used to be there a few times. it's better. the service very attentive and friendly. the dishes were very good and of high quality. bravo to the whole team. to next year!
