Worst vacation ever!! ! We were there 4 years ago... staff very unfriendly- never a nice word, room very badly renovated (cracks in the wall), bathroom extremely small (you had to sit transversely on the toilet, because the knees were otherwise pressed on the wall --although with a body size of 1.77m) and parking situation catastrophic. We were told where we could sit down, with the consequence that we were thrown out of bed at 6 o'clock in the morning, that we had to park and get dressed by the lady at the reception and cleaning lady. The equipment in the rooms was not very intoxicating. In the bathroom the ventilation ran at least 10 minutes after if not longer, armchairs, carpet and shower curtain were square, only about 20 parking spaces. So who has good nerves to park in and out and only a smart one has always a parking lot with a combination very bad. No bar and the restaurant next door, which is somehow part of it already makes 19.00 a.m. dense but also only 17.00 a.m. Aso and TV reception very bad and the WLAN about it I don't want to talk about. It wasn't even my phone with 4G or 5G is shielded somehow. We have paid 42 Euro tourist tax and we have not been explained what you can do with it the last day before depa...
Price performance ratio super. The staff very nice, the rooms large, very clean and tidy, the breakfast not exceptional but completely ok also on the terrace. It is certainly not the most modern construction and it is not barrier-free, but for this the price is a real bargain and the location unbeatable: only a few meters to the sea bridge/the beach. However, if you have trouble climbing stairs, ask for a room on the lower floor. There is no elevator and up to the third floor there are already some steps in the right part of the building. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is not huge, but we have always found a place.
We are already the second time at Hotel Xenia and are fully satisfied again and cannot report negatively. We would have liked to have booked for the next year only was unfortunately not possible in the booking program. We were kindly told right away. The hotel staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the breakfast is perfectly sufficient for the price class and category. When I read some comments, I can only say: Whoever expects five stars must also book five stars .

Location is top, 100 meters to the sea bridge.. Staff very kind, breakfast is top. Hotel is outdated, you can't regulate the kittens yourself. Otherwise everything is clean. The room is large, bathroom is small, carpet and armchair are squared, dust chair on the ceiling, WLAN rather slow, TV is small with disturbances in the picture,the Dielen Knarren in movements, dogs are allowed. Parking is limited in a narrow backyard, with combination you need good nerve when parking.. Price performance is OK
Journey was three years ago. Right old furniture technology. Little and narrow parking, for free. Service was great,breakfast was also very good. Perfect location, only 1 minute to the sea bridge.
The rooms have come a bit into the years they could get a renovation. Nonetheless, it is priceful in order and the staff super friendly and the breakfast was very delicious with a lot of choice.
The service was incorrigible. The location too. The room was also very nice but the hair dryer was very hidden.
