Vi gick hit på kvällen för lite mat eftersom vi brukar göra det när vi besöker Caldas da Rainha. Anledningen är enkel, maten är god och servicen till belåtenhet. Detta är en enkel, portugisisk restaurang med fokus på maten. Portionerna är alltid väl tilltagna och frun delar utan problem med dottern på en portion. Denna gång valde jag grillad lax och blev mycket nöjd. Fin fisk som serverades med kokt potatis och grönsaker. Två stora skivor lax som smakade riktigt gott.Jag gillar sättet som maten serveras på här, allt upplagt på fin bricka i metall och sedan tar du själv vad du är sugen på och i lagom mängd. Mycket trevligare än att få allting upplagt direkt på tallriken som ju är brukligt här...
Restaurante céntrico en una de las calles cercanas a la Plaza de la República. La comida es casera y típicamente portuguesa. LLama la atención la pulcritud del establecimiento. Nos apetecía el bacalao pero ya se había acabado. Tomamos calamares a la plancha y estaban en su punto. Las febras de porco estaban muy ricas y el plato era muy abundante. De postre pedimos un pastel (no me acuerdo el nombre) característico de Caldas da Rainha y estaba delicioso (si te gusta lo muy dulce)
Our group of seven arrived for lunch without a reservation and were able to get a table. Simple local Portuguese food with good wine. Generous portions served along with excellent service. Sardines, squid, fish, vegetables were fresh.

It is a simple and relaxed place in the centre of the city. Large selection, especially local fish as well as friendly environment and service. The place to go for a charm in town.
comida muito boa e a preços bastante acessíveis, perfeito para a refeição em dias de trabalho.O espaço não é muito grande então não é bom para grandes jantares de grupo.
