We visited Arroya on a Friday which is market day, wanted to sit in the sun and have a few tapas, and that is indeed what we did. We ordered half a portion of fried whitebait, half a portion of calamari a chicken skewer and two portions on Russian Salad. Olives were served with our drinks, one Russian Salad came up, followed shortly by the skewer, we then waited for the calamari which was next to come up finally the whitebait, followed by the second Russian Salad. It was all hot and tasty, just a shame it didn't all come together, if it had done I would of given 5 stars. The price was good, the waiter was very pleasant and when we go back to Arroya we will visit again.
1. Price is to high for the location the service and the disgusting food 2. Tomatosoup was like water with red color 3. nothing is self cooked everything is from the freezer nothing fresh. 4. Spaghetti Bolognese: the meat was old and not good cooked, the Spaghettis was burned. Worst food experience ever, even in Prison there is better food The service was sooo bad even when we told him that the food was afwul he did not offer something else or asked what wasn‘t good. Please save your money time and health
Service was a little slow and certainly nothing special but I think this depends on when you visit and who happens to be working at the time. We chose tapas and they were certainly all cooked freshly and cooked well. They tend to be brought to the table as they become ready. This may not suit everyone but as we were hungry and had ordered ten different tapas between three of us it was perfectly acceptable for us! Value is amazing ten tapas dishes for just twenty euros we could hardly believe it.
We had the 3 course meal for Euro9.50 this was excellent value the food was good. We both had soup to start was tasty. Mains. I had sole the wife had pork cutlets both topped with a little of olive oil pesto. we both enjoyed the main, Dessert, Ice cream, very nice. The only problem was that we were the only ones in the restaurant so it lacked atmosphere which was a pity.
