Restaurante Pepe Nero

This is quite a nice place (though with some unpleasant smell inside from the burnt dough) with ok-ish food. However, I have never met such an arrogant staff. The guy messed up every single order we made (even the single ones, like 2 cokes and 1 fanta). But we were in a great mood, so no reason for big complaints, though a simple sorry could have been said at least once. Because 3 pizzas were forgotten, some of us had to wait for more than an hour. I asked how much more time, but received only explanation, that it was our fault about the order. It all ended up with the waiter yelling at us he will not bring us sh.t . Cursing from the kitchen in Italian and calling us names are even not worth...

We found the restaurants in the centre very pricy and we found Pepe Nero, we got in and we found a welcoming and family atmosphere. Then we receive the food and it was excellent, and the tuna steak was magnificent!!!! I haven't tried in any Mediterranean country such a good tuna!!! But the mega highlight for me was the absolutely friendly waiter. This young boy was so friendly, so professional and so smart. This kindness made my day. The price is not high and the quality is top. Therefore I can happily recommend it.

After 1 year I came back because of the great tuna steak I had and now I am totally disappointed. The food was JUST SALTY and nothing else, and very expensive on top of that (16.7 EUR for a fish soup which was not edible) . Me and my companion left more than half of the food.

Awful place, dirty tables, slow (and not speaking English) service, poor pizza and pasta completely different than described in menu. You'd better find something better.

Great Italian original food !!! Pizza so good, pasta amazing. Salads and original ingredients. Recommend for all
