Where to start. On arrival the wait staff made us feel like an inconvenience, we were a group of 8 people, maybe they didn't want the business? We all tried to read the menu in German, tried to pronounce the words and order in German, this want not good enough to for the old Italian guy, quickly he was aggressive and rude with the lot of us.The wine (by the glass) arrives, it was an old bottle of red that tasted like it had been open for at least 3-4days. The pizza followed, it was clear the pizza is made using frozen pizza bases, they were average at best and terrible if you know Italian pizza.Total experience was rubbish, don't bother.
A great experience for the whole family! I come here regularly with the whole family and we are thrilled every time. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for families. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always helpful even with special requests. The food is simply fantastic! The dishes are fresh, lovingly prepared and always of the best quality. There is a wide selection, so there is something for every taste even the children are always enthusiastic. For us, this restaurant has become an integral part of our family time and we can highly recommend it to everyone!
If I could post 0 stars, I would. I was refused service within operating hours when the restaurant was not busy. Walked by later in the evening and it was still less than capacity. I can only imagine it was either because I was not from the country or of a similar complexion that the restaurant did let in. People of color visiting Vallendar for leisure or attending WHU, stay away from this restaurant! This is not the place for us but there are so many other more accommodating restaurants in the surrounding area.

The worst, most unwelcoming experience ever. I came with a large group excited to provide business here but we’re turned away although the restaurant was empty. I heard this same story when telling my friend and by the look of reviews and wish I knew this before wasting my time. Do not come here unless you want to be disrespected.
