I recently went to this restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately, there were no handicap doors. The waitress informed me that if my coffee was cold, it was my responsibility to let her know. I mentioned to her that I believed it was her job to ensure the coffee was hot. I ordered a mixed grill with sausage, ham, cheese, and 2 eggs. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had. Typically, each item would be served on its own plate, but in this case, everything was mixed together, resulting in a terrible taste and making it difficult to eat. the Norman restaurant offers lunch all day. However, today as part of the Mother's Day, we bought the brunch lunch box to take away. This cottage is offered at $44.00 (taxes included) contains food for 4 to 6 people. It contains 1 quiche, 4 mini-cakes with meat, beans with bacon, creton, crepes paste, powdered pudding and a cream-sucrè sauce. This lunch was well appreciated by all. I hope Normandin will continue to offer this box.
We went my spouse and I for the first time. Nice decor, comfy seats. I had the Lasagne Supreme which wasn't my favorite. I thought it was way too meaty. My spouse had an all dressed pizza which we enjoyed, crust was thick at the rim and thin in the middle. The fry arrived luke warm, we asked to have it replaced which they did but got it when our meal was at least half over.
After I was given a menu, no-one bothered to ask me if I am gonna order for 10 minutes. Waitress just passing by me several times, I even raised my hand for order they just passed by, without a word.I eventually walked out and went to next restaurant I could find.I wasn't welcomed there.Never going back. This restaurant is truly amazing! The food, ambiance, and service are outstanding. The prices are reasonable as well. Our server, Kathy, was exceptional and made our experience even better.
Took about an hour wait after the waitress took the order. The heater was broken and the room was freezing. The tuna in my salad wasn’t fresh, tasted like canned tuna.
We tried this restaurant at all times of the day and it was always excellent. lunches are appetizing as well as dinners and dinners. good service and pleasant staff.
