I've never seen such a catastrophic tray flow management. The 1200 people who eat daily in this coffee maker must, one by one, place their tray on a tiny conveyor. Result: Agglutinations without respect for barrier gestures, often preventing students from arriving at the current time. Improving this conveyor is a necessity!
I'm temporarily putting 1 star because the management of the release tray is catastrophic, completely under dimension, and it's been going on for years. This ruins the very good work of the staff and the good value of the meals.
The card never corresponds to the dishes served for a certain hour. In addition, production is systematically closed. The delays are more than frequent. The level of the UK is in full derringolade compared to the previous year.

Really badly organized. Improvements to the crates and especially at the exit are necessary (a rug too slow, a 4th crate still closed), but nothing wants to be done. It would also be good to vary entries and desserts sometimes.
