Worst diner I’ve ever been to. Service gets a 0. The staff seemed like they were bothered to be taking our order and it took them 25 minutes just to serve us coffee and bring out a cup of orange juice. When the food came out they forgot to put the bacon in one of the BLT’s and the other didn’t have the avocado. When we asked for refills of coffee the waitress literally ignored us and just walked away. It is important to note, that it wasn’t even busy. I will encourage people not to come here for a bad experience.
That was Retro 520 Diner. The food was deliciously fresh, but the service left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty with only a few tables occupied, the staff seemed clearly exhausted and disinterested. This time, we waited a long time for the menu, never received water or a check-in, had no cutlery when our food arrived, and the checkout process was frustrating. Nice people, but clearly tired of their job. Oh, boy.
This used to be Fleetwood Diner. The food is delicious fresh but the service is way off. And it was basically empty with very few tables. Nice people but obviously tired of their job. This time we waited for menus, water never came after asked, had no silverware when food came, waited for our check the cashier was quite sour. Oh boy.
I would advise against ordering takeout from this restaurant. My experience was disappointing as they took my money without honoring my receipt. They claimed their online ordering system was down and asked me to purchase my order again. Thankfully, my order was small, but I will not be returning due to the poor treatment I received.

This restaurant is a classic diner where the quality of the food can vary. I brought my uncle from out of town and he enjoyed the nostalgic atmosphere of the place. If the food was consistently good, I would be a regular customer. The service is excellent.
Too expensive I ordered 4 turkey burger Pattie's no buns no fries with a side of avocado 2 of the Pattie's just had onions, the other had jalapeños cheddar and onions and was charged $40.10. Absolutely ridiculous.
This restaurant has declined in quality. The owner should visit Bronxville Diner to learn how to properly operate a diner.
Gone down hill since pandemic. Not sure they can come back. Maybe if they step up their game!!!
