I don’t know how the food is at this restaurant, but I am rating them on their customer service. I work for DoorDash and I was picking up a large order for a customer today. When I arrived they were just starting the order so I waited 10-15 mins or so and asked them very politely about how much longer it will be. They lady behind the counter who was working on the order starts yelling at me telling me it is a very large order snd she is doing her best and I just needed to be patient. I had to bite my tongue not to snap back at her. Instead I walked out of the restaurant and called DoorDash to unassign me from the order. I am not going to put up with being treated that way. There was no excus...
Best RETRO themed cafe ever. I?m a big game nerd and the theming of this was super cool. The food is delicious! The Korean fried wings had a refreshing kick as foretold by the staff. The wings were enormous and I was under the impression that they would be normal sized wings. I definitely recommend this appetizer for everyone who loves spice! The sandwiches here are delicious. Packed with flavor and simplicity, how can you go wrong with this? One con about the place is their is a minimum $15 transaction for any card but they do optional ways for you to pay.
I had a wonderful experience at Retro Cafe, largely thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff. Phoenix and Tony truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. When I accidentally received the wrong order, Phoenix quickly offered a solution and invited me back to make it right. A few weeks later, Tony made sure I was well taken care of by bringing me two bowls of pho. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Retro Cafe to anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience.
We ordered the shaken beef with fried rice, veggie spring rolls, and shrimp spring rolls and they were all so delicious! Lots of fresh veggies and perfectly cooked veggies. The beef was so tender! We are very impressed with the quality of food. Can?t waitto come back!!

Pho is delicious. The broth definitely on point and the portions are very generous. Sandwiches are pretty great too. We found a new contender for favorite take out place in Cypress.
Great food, flavor, and staff. I came in was waited on and received my food in less than 5 minutes. The young man who cleaned off tables did so that a baby could eat off them.
The retro rolls were AMAZING! We ordered the chicken Banh Mi and retro rolls and loved them both. Will definitely be back for some more!
This place is not good I got the chicken in rice and it taste super old and dry no favor and I would not come back here

The sándwiches are great and the wonton soup and Pho are yummy. Awesome hidden gem in Cypress.
