Revo Manufactory - Table reservation

I went to Revo twice last year. It was perfect: friendly staff, good service, nice wine, well executed dishes. Yesterday was a disappointing experience. The hostess sat us down, but no one approached us. The place was not full. Previously staff came quickly and brought some tap water. We had to ask for it. There were water bottles on the tables beside us, so we wondered why they did not bring us some. As we ordered, we requested to try the white wine by the glass. Based on what I had in my last visit and considering the price you pay, I was expecting something much better. Place is nice and pretty but service is not good and they seem to get upset when you question the menu or don’t like something like the Ginger Ale that is so strong that it burns your mouth! Also don’t go with kids, they don’t even care to hide the nose twisting, a butter pasta will cost you $57 reals #pathetic

Amazing experience! The waitress, Gabriela, was incredibly attentive and friendly. A wonderful venue with some great food and coffee options!
