We took advantage of Revolution's lunch deal, which did give us very good value food that was quite nice. The waiter was friendly and helpful but service was extremely slow. When food did eventually arrive it was quite good, but my daughter's jaw literally dropped open when she saw how tiny her kids' meal was. She quite liked what she ate, but it was nowhere near enough until we shared the adult meals with her as well. In addition the music was incredibly loud, which made enjoying the atmosphere very difficult.
We were served by a lovely lady called Nikki, who made us feel very welcome, she went above and beyond to make our afternoon tea that I had booked for my best friend amazing, checking up on us making sure we had drinks flowing and food coming to the table. I had asked Nikki if we could keep the table later than planned and she went to check making us aware we were more than welcome until we were ready to leave.
The food was very good, and the atmosphere and vibe was lovely, but the service was horrendous! We had to ask where our food was, and had to ask someone to please bring the card machine so we could pay. We actually would've loved to have had more drinks and desserts, but decided not to because we didn't feel like waiting 45 minutes again for them to arrive!
Nikki was our server who went above and beyond to make our afternoon lunch amazing service was great, food was great and the cocktails went straight to our head! Asked to stay later and Nikki was able to accommodate this allowing us to stay at our table until we were ready to move on, happy, friendly and accommodating!

We waited upwards of 30 min for our drinks every single round and we pre booked our table and they failed to mention there was a bar tab as me and my friend showed up earlier than the person booking so there was alot of confusion it did get fixed eventually but it put the mood down immensely
I'd say this is a great all-round bar for students wanting to enjoy a night of cocktails and shots. The environment is well designed, dark and cosey. The staff are always polite and willing to listen. The food quality is great.
