Usually have great experiences at RH but yesterday the hostess was less than pleasant and we waited almost half an hour to be seated. The service and experience was great after that and they gave us a free app to make up for us waiting. The food and drinks were great as always. Definitely would recommend trying this restaurant if you have not been. It's always great to walk around after and look at all the furniture and rooms set up.
Ordered burger medium WELL and came out nearly raw. The artichokes are too oily and over fried. We've are here many times and this was a bit disappointing. Also, ordered a very expensive bottle of wine. Vintage was 2 years off (younger) than listed on menu. Overall disappointing meal for the Service was Excellent!!
The staff at this restaurant is extremely kind, the steak is outstanding! And I believe the cookies are the best I have ever tasted. Our server was one of the most pleasant individuals I have ever encountered.
