Very sad place, breakfast is a joke unless you like government eggs. It’s very inconsistent, except for the water/coffee dispensers, just like McDonalds, their machines break down too often. Lunch is decent. Dinner is decent only on weekdays, would not count on it on weekends. Sheppard and Osan have the best dfacs so far.
It’s a way smaller dining facility than I’m used to but it’s really not that bad. The food is decent and I don’t have to go far at all to grab my lunch so that’s a plus. The food is diverse as well. I’ve been stationed here for almost a month and haven’t eaten the same lunch/dinner twice.
Food is 95% of the time overcooked, under seasoned, mushy, and portions are inconsistent. overall staff don’t have common manners and are unwelcoming. This place belongs on Hell’s Kitchen, you’re better off eating literally anywhere else.

They do over easy eggs+, crispy bacon ony-, gravy didn't taste right-, hashbrowns were good+, no link sausage-, no TV/news
Workers were adequate however I unfortunately got food poisoning from the sandwich bar , had to miss work the next day
They give small portions but charge a 33% surcharge if you get BAS or civilian. Definitely not worth it!
