Took a long time to get our order in, seems like they didn't have enough servers. Our server was very nice, what ruined the experience is the manager who told a customer that he had to pay before he was done eating as his server was off, it caused quite a commotion. This manager needs training on how to work in customer service, instead of de escalating the situation, he made it worse and even called the police on the customer. A waste of resources. If he had known how to communicate with the customer and also I have never heard of asking someone to pay because their server was off...the customer said he was still waiting for someone to join him and he wasn't going to pay twice.Also the food...
