I was at the restaurant on Sunday, it was a lIttle busy. The food and service was fine. But the management was downright unprofessional, loud and rude. Manager Alka appeared out of the blue while i was just starting to enjoy my meal and starts talking about totally irrelevant matters. Her nature was highly egotistical. In additition, what took me aback was her insane disrespect towards her own staff and her compulsive controlling nature. We heard her literally yell at her staff. No wonder the managemnt sucks primarily because of her and lack of staff due to her inability to mange her staff with minimum due respect. She has no sense of customer service, management or even basic humanity.
I visited this restaurant today, and the service was incredibly frustrating! There were six of us in total, and four of us ordered clubhouses, which took over an hour to arrive. My fiancé ordered the fish and chips, and it was disappointing—soggy fish, cold fries, overly dressed coleslaw, and clumpy gravy. After we received the bill, the waitress asked how our meal was. When my fiancé expressed her dissatisfaction, the server had no response. We won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
In a small town like Lac La Biche, it was a pleasant surprise to find a well-known chain restaurant. The service was outstanding, especially with the truffle fries. I would have given a higher rating, but the pasta was overcooked, and the bread in my sandwich was stale. However, the server did offer us a fresh cup of coffee for the remainder of our long trip, which was appreciated. Other breakfast spots could definitely take notes from Ricky's regarding their fantastic coffee and service!

Absolutely the worst place I've been to eat. 6 meals ordered, and 1 was cold and the other 5 weren't right. We were told to mix and match the food to make it right. Sauage ordered was not only burnt, but charcoals. We were told it was busy, as the reason for all the errors. There were only 3 tables in the whole restaurant being occupied. Never again. Our food was cold, and the fries tasted as if they had been reheated in a microwave. The gravy had hard chunks in it. On the positive side, our soda was cold, so I guess that counts for something. The customer service was terrible, and the restaurant could really use a thorough cleaning.
I and my mother ate here many times and the food was always amazing along with the service. Great work on the kitchen staff who always get food in time. The manager Alka is such a hardworking and committed woman. She deserves a earned break. Anyway, it'll be back.
Great breakfast and good service. The gall was of itself when Co-worker never showed for her shift... she did a terrible job, the tables for what looked like a pretty busy morning. Happy again with all thanks!
