Ricky's All Day Grill Nanaimo North

Went at Noon, hostess sat us without a kids menu (even with a child in tow)didn’t even ask us if we wanted lunch or the breakfast menu, had to ask server for lunch menu as well as a kids menu. They advertise crepes on the tabletop menu, showing a picture of three different kinds, none of them being labeled or priced, nowhere on the actual menu and when we asked the server, she didn’t even know what they were called or how much they were. Asked for honey to sweeten the coffee, was informed they don’t have any. The food was great at least, otherwise I’d be thoroughly disappointed, instead of just irritated by the service

The food was your every day fast and quick food. Nothing special. The service was good however a bit confusing with the waitresses. One waitress took our order then another waitress asked how we were doing, if we needed anything ect I then asked for some water as well as our drinks. She then said I'll get your waitress. Who apparently did not get this message. Just was odd and still didn'tget water after asking our waitress. It wasn't overly busy. Just seemed like they were having an off day. Atmosphere was comfortable.

Had a good breakfast. Meat breakie bowl , two orders aggs , hash potatoes, bacon . Just so everyone knows , nobody gets 5 stars . Nothing is perfect ! 4 stars is high rating for me . ?. I like Ricky's. Go to ladner Ricky's a lot . Good meals for good price , great breakfasts .

We enjoyed our breakfast today except for the pancakes…they weren’t fluffy and were so rubbery?The Grand Forks Breakfast is huge, it could feed 2.Coffee was great. Service was good.Prices are normal.Hope you like it!

Breakfast was great, tried my best but it was too much for me. Getting your money's worth here for sure. Good service and a nice place inside.
