We ordered a take away for collection an hour later. The lady on the phone checked in the kitchen that the time for collection would be ok and confirmed this was fine. We arrived at the arranged time 7.45pm. When we gave our name the waiter checked in the kitchen and told us nearly ready . We were invited to take a seat. After 30 minutes we were given our order after repeatedly being told they were sorry and it was nearly ready. We were very disappointed at the length of time we had to wait after a time had been arranged (and checked with the kitchen). I would understand this length of wait if we just turned up and ordered but not with a pre arranged collection time. No discount was offered....
We drive past the restaurant all the time but wasn’t aware they offered takeaway. A colleague mentioned that they had visited and the food was amazing. So called up and placed an order, the food was ready to collect within 20 mins. We live in Lancaster but wasn’t a far drive. The food is great! We ordered 2 salt and pepper chips to share between 3 adults, chips cooked perfectly and not greasy at all. I ordered crispy shredded beef in Cantonese sauce and I can say it’s best I’ve ever had. We are definitely going to order again and maybe eat in as the restaurant is lovely inside.
We went for an evening meal.We hadnt booked but they fit us in.Staff were great and the food was amazing.We got the set meal for two and it didnt disapoint.some left over for lunch tomorrow even.We have been promising ourselves a visit each time we pass and we will certainly be returning.
We only found Ricky’s a few months ago but I can only say we can’t stop eating there we now go at least 2 to 3 times a month our children recently had a takeaway with friends and all of them said it was delicious 10/10

Very nice cantonese food. Very busy for a Tuesday, which tells a story! They were understaffed but apologetic and the food was brilliant. Really lovely. Yes, I would go back...in a heartbeat.
Always excellent service and the food is very very good Fantastic value for money No non alcoholic beer which was a shame but the wine was good Highly recommend
Lovely food at a reasonable price. Great service, friendly staff. Plenty of parking space. A must if you are eating in Bolton Le Sands.
