Me and my boyfriend was seated and the waitresses were so nice. They were really sweet and they offered us free drinks twice and we don't drink but it was really nice anyway.Even though the waitresses was nice, the food was bad I'm sorry.I'm peruvian and the food was just not good. The Lomo Saltado was kind of sour, the fries were the frozen kind and the rice tasted burnt.The papa a la huancaina was...not good either. The sauce was cold like it came from the fridge, the sauce didn't taste like a la huancaina. It tasted different, it just wasn't the flavor it should had been. It felt like they use the wrong ingredients.The chi cha was watery and a little bit sour.The chicken was good actually...
One of the best restaurants for rotisserie chicken you will ever find. There are thousands of spanish chicken joints but nothing will compare to this. This place has a special place in my heart, have been going here for 15 years and have seen it grow to multiple locations (2nd Sunnyside, Jackson Heights, Jamaica, NYC Chelsea, etc). The owners will always treat you to a glass of red wine (or more) and they truly make you feel like family here. I love Riko!
I’ve been coming to this place for many years. The chicken is amazing hands down. But everything else I’ve tried has been a complete zero. Today I had the lomo saltado. The stake was tough. The seasoning was very off, you couldn’t taste the alli Amarillo not the soy sauce on the lomo. The best part of the dish was the rice. I wanna be able to come to this place and have something other than the chicken from time to time. Please fix the recipe!
I think the restaurant changed the chef because all food that we ordered was so different not good enough ?. So dissappointed with waitress service and they try to charge $50 dollars more than my normal total, and they say the cash machine was crazy. Unsatisfied.Food: 3/5

This place used to be good. I when back after some years to take food out as before. Order 1/4 of chicken 6.00 and they give me what it looks like dove size chicken. I cant imagine a full chicken that small. Disappointed on this restaurant. What steal.
Ordered delivery from here but it was meh. I tried the 1/2 chicken with rice and beans, Maduros Fritos (Plantains) and Yuca Frita. The plantains were the best thing; everything else was kind of bland. The Chelsea location is better in my experience.
The food was awesome. Had the white sangria and I have to say they were not watered down or juice downed.For the meal ordered Arroz Chaufa and the Jalea, which is a fried mixed seafood. Left there very happy!!!
