Received the wrong order delivered, and they said they wouldn’t give us the correct order until we gave them the old order, but wouldn’t process any sort of refund and didn’t apologise at all. The staff were very argumentative towards us when we tried to collect our correct order making it seem like it was our fault that we got the wrong order
