Disgusting! That’s all I can say. Expensive, disgusting and cheap food. Guacamole should be called Onionmole, it’s just a bunch of big chunks of onion with a light spred of avocado or maybe it’s not even avocado. Tacos are horrible I can’t even tell which one it’s pastor or lengua because all flavors are the same and disgusting. I might sound rude but I just had a bad experience. Everything was so expensive. You can even go to Rosa Mexicano in Seaport and you will pay less than this place. It’s OVERRATED. Update: I ended up with food poisoning
I love how the owner Lorenzo sometimes goes back to visit CDMX then comes back inspired with new dishes on the menu. The additions of shrimp cocktail and birria are both delicious!Rincon also does classic Mexican dishes like tacos, quesadillas, and burritos really well. They have my favorite fish tacos and enchiladas in mole on East Broadway!We wind up doing takeout often, but they have a really fun ambience when we have time to dine in. The patio is lovely in the summer, and sometimes you run into surprise mariachi and karaoke!
I've been going to Rincón Mexicano for over 8 years now; I even visited while I was pregnant with my oldest daughter. We go almost every week! As a Mexican, I can tell when food is genuinely authentic, and this place definitely delivers. The food is exceptional and reasonably priced. The naturally flavored waters are delicious, and the staff is always friendly to us. Now, my daughters love it too! We usually enjoy the molcajete, and sometimes we treat ourselves to churros for dessert.
Without a doubt, Rincon Mexicano offers the best Mexican food in Boston. Save yourself the trouble of searching further, as most options are subpar. The pozole, menudo, and tacos were all fantastic. The tortas also looked amazing, even though we didn’t get to try them. I’m so glad to have finally found a great Mexican restaurant in Boston!

I would advise against purchasing food from this restaurant. The food is just mediocre, especially given the outrageous prices. For instance, the Tres Leches dessert is only a tiny portion but costs $7! It feels like a total waste of money.
The best quesadilla and birria taco ever!! The servers are so nice and last night its owner even came to say hi. One more thing: the bathroom is always Tidy and this says a lot about how clean a place is.
Tacos are fantastic. I ordered al pastor, cochinitas and carne asada. All three were super fresh, and the portions were big. Staff is always very efficient
