The 2 waitresses definitely catered to the gentlemen of Latino heritage in hopes of flirting their way into larger propinas. I had a very disappointing experience at Rio Bravo and would not recommend it. They overcharged me, as the prices on the menu didn’t match what was on the receipt. The restaurant was dirty, and the loud music made it impossible to have a conversation. While the waitress was very friendly, I ended up leaving nearly $23 in tips, which she didn’t deserve.
The service was rather disappointing, as the food came out cold. Additionally, the restaurant was overcrowded with intoxicated patrons, even though it was promoted as a family-friendly place.
