My wife asked a worker at the bar if they were open, and he just kind of points. Then the hostess finally shows up, but I wish she hadn 't. NO type of pleasant greeting. NOT a single smile the entire time we saw her seating customers while we were there. THEN, our server decides to bless us with her presence just before I got up to walk out. Beautiful view, but that’s about it. Be cautious of their deceptive policies as they request your credit card right away. My waiter, Kyle S, seemed quite shady from the beginning. He recommended the most expensive dish, despite many items being market price, and he didn’t even seem to know the prices. The food itself was below average, and it took two incorrect and inflated bills before I finally received the correct one. I am traveling with another adult and three children. We went on a weeknight. The wait was 45 minutes but we hung out outside near the beach. There are multiple dining options with an inside air conditioned area, two stories of patio dining, as well as arooftop bar. Two of the kids ordered the fish and chips. The other ordered chicken tenders. The adults ordered a Chicken CaesarSalad to split because portion sizes are large, a Glazed Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs, and a Mac Out with Blackened Chicken. The foodwas wonderful. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it and the atmosphere as did us adults. There was also a corn hole tournament goingon in the back and a DJ.
I would give this place zero stars if I could! As a service industry professional, I try to give restaurants grace when I have a less than perfect experience. However, this was aweful. They take your card to open a tab at the beginning of the meal because they know that it’s going to be a terrible experience for you and you are going to request your money back. Do you have a bunch of weird policies that they have posted in inconspicuous places. Their serving staff makes no effort to verbally reiterate any of these unconventional policies. The serving staff is rude, and the management was worse. I repeat, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Avoid avoid avoid. Not worth it. Its OK to wait one hour to get a table in a crowded weekend when you want to go to an oceanview restaurant/bar. What is not OK is to receive watered down drinks (in plastic cups) and horrible food after waiting yet another hour. What is not OK is to not being able to get faster the food for a toddler, even when asking for it. And specially, it is not OK to receive horrid food just because the view is somewhat nice (and by the way it is not even such a great view, maybe nicer than the neighbouring restaurants but surely nothing memorable). Just avoid this terrible place.
I decided to treat myself and ordered one of the most expensive items on the menu, the High Tyde, which costs around $125 and includes lobster, crab legs, shrimp, tuna, and raw oysters. Unfortunately, the seafood did not taste fresh, and most of it was overcooked. I couldn't even finish the dish because the flavors were off, and it attracted gnats, which was unbearable.
It’s a shame the food and drinks were so disappointing, especially given the fantastic location and vibe. This might have just been a one-time experience, but eating here definitely feels like a gamble.
We loved this place! Had a short wait, but we didn?t mind. Valet parking was very nice. All of the seafood was very fresh and the drinks were even better. The portions were very generous! My husband said his everything under the sun was delicious lol andhe is hard to please. We came on a busy holiday weekend, but the service wasn?t lacking. Try this place out you won?t regret it.Great for a date night!
We should have left as soon as we saw the rags being cleaned with disgusting table rags which smelled. The windows were wide open and biggs were flying on our food. The windows under the open part are filthy and ruined the view. The staff wasn’t organized. The food was mediocre to bad . Don’t waste your money or time! Go elsewhere.

The food arrived cold and poorly prepared. When we asked the manager, Jeramy, if he could lower the shades to block the sun, as it was making us uncomfortable, he replied that it wasn’t his problem and there was nothing he could do. What a disappointing response from a manager!
We got kicked out immediately because our sister brought water that she is medically required to drink. do not go here, absolutely terrible and rude to their customers.
