We visited the Camp Bowie location to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The atmosphere was fantastic, just as it has been for many years. While the service was decent, the food—particularly the meats—left much to be desired. We ordered burnt ends, a sliced brisket plate, a rib basket, and brisket tacos. The burnt ends had potential with a flavorful sauce, but the meat was tough, dry, and mostly fatty. The brisket was extremely dry and difficult to eat, requiring generous amounts of BBQ sauce just to swallow it. The ribs were similarly dry and tough. I come by this restaurant to pick up my lunch about every 2 weeks. The food is good, and everyone has been polite until today. One of the servers was extremely rude to me. Another server stepped in, apologized, and took my order. I really like Riscky's, but I will stop picking up lunch here if I'm treated that way again.
Riscky has several locations around the fort worth area. We stopped in on their camp bowie location. Plenty of parking. Large dining area as well as patio. Our service was great and food came quickly. Large portions and tasty. Lots of options.
Great customer service. My mom me are handicapped, and before we got to the door someone was there to help us with the door open and a table ready for us. . Rick and Andrea WERE AWESOME!!!

I absolutely love the ribs! The only thing I think could improve the experience is offering a military discount. I believe it would attract more customers!
Love their smoked sausage and the bbq sauce, the mashed potatoes are perfection and the green beans are delicious. Definitely worth a visit
