I don't normally review restaurants, but the flora deserves a special mention, in fact this has always been my favorite restaurant in the area (I have a secondary residence in the country,) how not to mention the legendary cordon bleu, the mixed fried and the abundant tartare? I had the opportunity to dine here on the occasion of the reopening of the exercise, the room was refreshed but not too incisive, I could find that the paper was expanded (almost too,) and that the mythical cordon bleu is exquisite and giant as at the time. prices quite reasonable as it is offered. next time I will test the tartare, hoping that those who took over the exercise can continue on the excellent path traced...
they are called osteries by us. for me it is worth it. place small in the center of Airolo, very characteristic, nice people. especially from nn miss the famous "cordon bleu." the std is 700gr! then just ask and they enlarge. a couple of years ago they had made a 2-game race with two 2400gr beasts. to change management other records. deserve, but nn expect a grand hotel or a restaurant before. It's just a bezel! (a big bum!)
Premetto, that I have been there for years at the restaurant flora when there was aldo and michela the owners great people very kind and friendly now I returned after two years of closure to tell the truth the cordon bleu of this new management is not even minimally close to that of aldo .on this can be peccato, but the maleducation of the new manager is beyond .do salute you when entering the local and do not ask you
restaurant located in a quiet area! friendly staff and the house bomb to say little eccezzionale! to try the cordon bleu of the house! with fries contour is a libidine! value for money!
