My first experience in this restaurant.We visited this place with business people for dinner and ordered a la carte.Starters and main. We skipped desert, you will read why.Just to share my experience with the starters.Mozzarella was of poor quality, too tight, a bit like rubber and then basil leaves were not really fresh. Tomatoes very firm and no taste.Minestrone was overlooked, probably many times, so the veggies were without a soul. My experience continued the same for the rest of the dinner. My confidence was gone.The waiters were friendly and attentive, but could not close up the gap caused by little food quality.Hopefully the chef just had a bad day.
