We were on business trip in Dortmund. That's why we wanted to go to lunch. We chose the Rilasso. And that was our luck. The decor is very beautiful. The service is very attentive and unobtrusive. I ordered Tagliatelle con filetto di maiale (with pork fillet strips in Koblauch and oil, pikant. That was wonderful and I didn't know so. My colleague chose Gnocchi 4 formaggi (filled, in 4 cheeses). They were also very tasty. The Ristorante was well visited for lunch. We understand why ; here everything is right. Service, food and price performance. We like to come back.
Il Rilasso would like to be an upscale restaurant. The prices hold this, the taste is rather boring. The map offers a normally good selection, even if it is quite fishy. Currently there is a reduced card because of Corona. Unfortunately, there is no info on this website. The food is fine but also no longer, unfortunately the portions are moderate. As you can see in the pictures, the meat of Saltimbocca and the “Kalbsmadaillons” (which are not commodities) is exactly what logically cannot be. Even if the ambience is beautiful, we cannot recommend il Rilasso.
All 5 dishes (Thunfisch in Sesammantel sensational, fish and pasta dishes also great! were excellent, service class, very attentive and friendly, short waiting times between the courses, all around a pleasure!! Thank you very much, we like to come back!
Small restaurant, very cozy, great atmosphere, very friendly service and the most important: one of the best Italian food in Dortmund. All appetizers are recommended and whether fish, meat or pasta, the main dish is always a pleasure.

The quality was really very good and the staff very friendly. The map is manageable but with interesting dishes. Personally, I found it good that the restaurant offers an open house wine. This at a fair price.
Upstairs Italian cuisine. Vitello tonato, Saltimboca excellent prepared. Cocktails balanced. Service very accommodating and attentive.

The food was overpriced. The ambience is very baroque, that is of course its own feeling. There are other alternatives.
