Silvano Gmbh - Table reservation

If you are interested in the Silvano in Wunstorf, you can quickly read about the little friendly service. Also my impression of previous visits at Silvano was that although the food is noteworthy, the advent is not particularly overwhelming. if I live in hannover, I would probably not drive for this restaurant until after wunstorf, but for the surroundings of wunstorf it is the only restaurant that I highly recommend. the restaurant is located in a renovated old workshop. that's charming. the staff is friendly and the chef silvano often welcomes her personally, although he may be in the kitchen and prepares the meals. there is a good anti-pasta buffet from which they can choose their favorite appetizers: grilled zucchini, grilled paprika, white beans, artichokes etc. nothing spectacular but a good choice. there are daily dishes that are not on the menu and these can be recommended; a homemade pasta with pesto or fresh flunder or...

when you arrive in the dark, you are already impressed by the cozy atmosphere from the outside with all the lights - you just want to go inside. inside I was quite surprised how big the restaurant is, but it was wise enough to divide into different areas. we were warmly welcomed in Italian style. in the entrance hall you will find a large antipasti buffet (the location of the buffet I did not like, but it makes sense that the eye is directed from the beginning on it). a friend of ours said that their fresh fish dishes are really good. so we ordered a daily fish supply = dorade. it was simply prepared but define! it was definitely the right decision. as dessert we chose tiramisu, mmmhhh, that...

The food is good here but typical German fare. Nothing stands out but it’s all good. Be careful though they do not take credit cards. By the way it would be nice if they said or displayed this information . Good service but there are...better restaurants in town. Try the schnitzel .

we have eaten here with 2 people at night. first we had the anitpasti buffet, which was great and after that my gast took the dayspecial, which was excellent and I had the steak with gorgonzola. good service, nice atmosphere. prices are correct.
