The first time I had Rita 's was at the Bellefonte DE location. I remember the cake batter custard and watermelon gelati being extremely good, but that I got a brain freeze from slurping on the gelati layer too fast. I always wondered what the Italian ice would taste like blended in with the custard. The blendini today (custard, Oreo bites, mango gelati thanks to Yousef 's recommendation, and hot fudge) was like a McFlurry on steroids, with all of the ingredients perfectly blended.
