The lady behind the counter was kind of condescending and annoying. I asked to try two flavors of ice and she said she would be “limiting me to one sample”. I’ve worked at Rita’s before and this wasn’t a rule when I worked, or whenever I’ve been to one. They also won’t take debit cards for under orders under 5 dollars, just so you know. The women taking my order was just really snide. The ice was fine, same as any other Rita’s but the cup wasn’t domed properly and was flat on top, which isn’t how Rita’s serves their ice. I definitely won’t be back, pretty disappoint.
I am a huge fan of Rita’s Ice Cream drove 15 minutes away to this location . Unfortunately the service was horrible. We are a family of 6 including 3 kids) the lady kept rushing us and making faces . When I comforted her she was very rude ! And didn’t even apologize. I regret coming here ! Waste of time ! She ruined our family time
My first visit with my partner was wonderful. We let a gentleman and his family go ahead of us in line, and after they finished paying, he kindly paid for our order as well. It was a small order, but the waitstaff received a nice tip. Overall, it was a day filled with great impressions. Thank you to those kind people!
If you advertise that you are going to be open until 9 be open until 9. I REALLY don't appreciate driving out of my way to find out you closed early. I am going to check to see if the other franchises in this area are owned by someone else. I sure hope so because you don't seem to think business hours matter.

If you ever take a review to heart, let it be this one. The customer service here is awful, and they give minimal portions. Consider going to a different Rita's for better value. Save your time and money!
Came here with a lot of cyclists. They were quick and efficient. The soft served ice cream was really creamy and delicious.Some people and their first world problems about sprinkles. *Eyeroll*
Standard Rita’s but it’s in a tough location being at the intersection with all the traffic lights. I sometimes forget they are there but when I go, the ices are solid.
If I'm a paying customer and need to use the restroom, and told not for the public. Then clearly you don't need my business.

i gave a two star only for the taste. exquisite to say the least. yet a baby mouse was stuck in the bottom. disgusting.
They serve the best custard and Italian ices. They are a little pricey in my opinion.
