You want a old time atmosphere in a little town with great food you need to go to Riverdale Tavern big hand patted burgers or the fried chicken my favorite is to die for. Prices are great and just sitting up to that old beautiful bar is great and you won't leave hungry.
Appears to be a Neighborhood hang out. The waitresses were busting their butts. Food was okay, small portions toast on sandwich was burnt on the inside -yuck. The burger bun was a bit soggy as it wasn’t toasted and the fries were limp under done.
Awesome vintage place. Cold beer good burgers. Be prepared to wait for lunch Thursday afternoon lunch took 40 min to get served up.
