Horrible place !!!!! While I’m driving not really looking at the cheese bread I ordered. After passing my daughter a piece and me. After eating one piece I realized how burned the cheese bread is and the bottom of the cheese bread is missing bread !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I come back ask for a replacement. They tell me no because I had a piece and then I ask for a refund they still are telling me no. Well just what the police are on the way!!!! They give me the manager number to call as if it’s my job to call him. And of course he doesn’t pick up!!!! I will be disputing it with my bank and reporting them to BBB! Bad business!!!
I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and nice the service worker was. They truly cared about my situation (I came extremely late to pick up my order) and accommodated me.
They were nice to me when I asked if they can do clean cut and no meat. Very considerate and friendly people.
I felt ignored for not knowing the language, and the service was for people who arrived after me. Thank you
