We tried Rizzo 's for the first time tonight. While there are a couple of solid places closer to us , I have been driving by Rizzo 's everyday on my way to dropping my son at Lowell High . Slow start... I was a little skeptical about how things would turn out because of how the initial phone conversation with the person who took the order. This is such an very important way a business is first perceived . Many businesses try to short change this position with minimal training because it is an entry position . This is a BIG mistake because it is an Entry to their business!! Frankly , I almost said to forgot the order because I didn 't think she was listening. She was polite but it was obvious...
We had a staff of 12 people in town for work at the venue across the street. Friday we went there for pizza. It was AMAZING!!!!!!! So we decided to try it the next day for carry out during our staff break. Needless to say ordering 12 individual, specialized meals for each person is confusing. But they made it a point to have everything absolutely perfect. It’s nice to see that a business takes pride and really cares about making specifics and the small things just right. Visiting for Medical Congress with my daughter, we had a lunch break and we pick Rissos, food was amazing!! Roast beef to die for! French fries to die for, hoping to make another stop before heading home! Thanks for great food!
