Today I ordered 3 meals from Robertitos through Door dash. The order was quick and easy til I went to pick it up. They said they didn't have an order for me. I showed them the receipt, and still she said no order. She went to the back for a minute, then came back and told me there was an order that matched my receipt, but it's not under my name. Ugh!Finally we figured out that it was under my boyfriend's name. They gave me the food and it was order was not all there. I went back in to tell them very politely. I love this location and have always been my go-to location. Tonight, I bought Asada Fries and while I was eating, I came across a piece of hard charcoal and two pieces of uncooked asada. Not mad, just disappointed:
