The reviews on here are really conflicting. Many 5s and many 1s. I fall squarely in the 5 star category. Walked in... 7:30 pm on a Monday and was immediately seated. The waiter was friendly and accommodating. The chef owner came to the table and personally reviewed the menu offerings and trying hard to communicate in English. Sure there were some communication barriers, but it was no problem at all and was even a little enjoyable to communicate with him. The food was great all around. One of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of eating at in my life. We visited Roberto Falvo Bistrot on our third day of our trip and returned every following day. While there was a language barrier (seeing as we couldn’t speak Italian or French) Paola was extremely friendly and all of the staff were very helpful. Though we couldn’t really understand the menu (which changes daily), we soon realised that it didn’t matter since everything and anything we ordered was absolutely delectable. This was a massive disappointment, after reading the reviews I had high hopes for the food and experience. What a joke. The Chef was great, his waiter was a disaster at best. An experience to forget, and I am being polite. So much potential, unfortunately not to be.
