As always, the meal, service and ambience was 5 star. The quality of the food and the quantity is well worth coming to the restaurant. I have yet to be disappointed when dining at Roberto’s. And the staff and servers are always friendly and welcoming. Try the veal marsala or the veal vesuvio. And top that off with their homemade tiramisu. Food was good, service was excellent, with the exception of the man standing at the host station behind the computer that didn't acknowledge us, make eye contact, or even smile when we walked in. The lady standing next to him smiled and waited patiently for him to get off the computer so she could check us in. It was awkward. I do think the food should be exceptional for the prices charged.
Service was slow and the server seemed rushed. He didn’t let us finish ordering before he rushed off. He forgot drinks. Food was good. The pork chop was good but the veal was tough. Typically never any issues but this time the quality was less than normal. I hope this was a fluke. Thanks

The worst thing about dining here on a Friday evening is the parking. Elmhurst on Spring Rd is buzzing on a Friday.
