Had Uber delivery from this restaurant. I live 10 minutes away from the spot, took 40 minutes to deliver. They use their own drivers which is fine but you can not track your order neither can you contact driver to give any instructions. Food, I ordered from this spot multiple times and it’s usually really good but today they were not in the mood I guess. For 2 soups -NOT a single spoon , 1 pair of chopsticks two soups doesn’t indicate 2 ppl..you could say I didn’t request utensils but like I said wasn’t the first time and it ALWAYS was coming with utensils. Spicy mayo ? Got charged never got one. Hot and sour soup let down today, usually is really good, not spicy at all. Will stick to Hoboke...
The food is good and the view is excellent. The service however was very bad. The waitress pushed the food plates against our drinks and spilled them on the table. She didn't apologize or replace the drinks just brought extra napkins for us to clean the table ourselves. We had to order new drinks at full price. Well, we aren't in a hurry to go back. Stopped here on my way back home from the city. The sushi was very fresh and tasty, the cold sake was great quality. The service was fast and attentive. The bartender was very kind, even after I requested a different drink because the one I ordered was too sweet, they offered to replace it. The rolls here are very small and low quality. The fish has little flavor. The sauces have little to no flavor and they put the wrong sauce on my roll. The delivery was fast and well packed but I still won’t bother ordering again. Convenience can’t over compensate for flavor.
I had a very disappointing experience with the delivery. It was significantly late, and there was no communication regarding the delays. For almost two hours, I kept hearing "it's on the way." Overall, I would rate the delivery service a 1.

I wasn't very impressed with my experience. The food was lacking in flavor, and the service was a bit slow. The Mongolian beef dish mainly consisted of beef, scallions, and onions, but mine had more broccoli than beef.
