The first time we ordered from Rocco's Pizza, everything was great! We had the house special pizza and two orders of wings. The second time, we ordered the same but asked for half the pizza without mushrooms. Although the delivery was quick, the mushrooms were still on the entire pizza, and the wings were soggy—almost like they had been boiled. We only ate a few because the texture was off-putting. We love supporting small businesses, so we’re willing to give them another chance. No complaints about the pizza itself—the crust and sauce are excellent!
Worst Rocco's, is Shoreview. They screwed up my order twice, they deliver way later beyond reason an hour or more. They forget to bring the included sauce. This is not a discount Pizza service! I pay full price, I pay a tip and the service is not acceptable at all. I call, and the voice at the other end isn't helpful.
I am very disappointed with my recent visit to Rocco's. The pizzas were burnt on one side, so I had to send them back. The replacement pizza was also unevenly cooked. Additionally, the manager offered very poor customer service. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This place is very clean, well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I’ve always loved Rocco’s pizza, but you’ve got to try the Chicago-style at least once – it’s absolutely amazing!

I would rate this restaurant zero stars if possible. The pizza was awful, and the delivery driver nearly caused a collision in my neighborhood by ignoring a stop sign at a 4-way intersection.
simply put the best pizza of all time. The pizzerias are amazing and the workers, although they were mostly teenagers, made an absolutely perfect job in a time.
I ordered before an hour and half an hour and just called to see if they actually get my online order. after sitting hold a few minutes before even one.
Recent visits haven't been the same. I've been forgotten on hold twice...and the vet discount is pretty much gone. Unfortunate

Just moved here and so glad I discovered Rocco's! The pizza is fantastic.
