So first walking in I loved the environment, got seated pretty quickly with attentive staff. Sat down got our drinks. My main gripes here are1. The sweet tea my sister got was horrible, it tasted like water with a tiny bit of unsweet tea in it.2. Stepmom got a rock bottom hard Seltzer that wasn't strong at all, not bad but definitely could be improved.3. I got the fried chicken main, and it was less fried than I would've preferred, compared to the fried chicken sandwich which was crispy to the touch.4. The green beans that came with my platter were very very bland, 0 seasoning and just not very good. Needed immense seasoning at the table.However the rest of the meal was superb, fried chicken...
My friends and I came in around 4:05pm. I told the host table of 4, but we received only 3 menus. We shared our menus and we figured out what we wanted. We waited 25 minutes at our table, and no one asked for our drink order or even greeted us. On our way out, I looked at the host stand, and there were 3 staff members just standing there, chatting. No one noticed we were leaving. No one greeted us on the way out. A couple of us used to work in restaurants (and one of us still works as a server in a restaurant), so know from experience that this is not how guests are supposed to be treated. Such a shame. We were looking forward to trying the delicious-looking things on the menu.
Ate there yesterday. Seated at 12:45 in bar area. Bartender had our table and was pretty busy with bar seating as well. Took 10-15 minutes for her to take our order. After another 45 minutes we finally got our food. When I tried to speak to the manager about how others had come in after us, eaten and already left he simply shrugged me off and then walked away. Learn that you get paid because of customers buddy. Oh yeah, don’t delete my comments when I leave a post on your main page. I’ve contacted corporate about the experience and complete rudeness. Don’t waste your time with this place. Go to Firebird’s right below this location. They actually like their customers.
Read the reviews on Google and they were 3.5. Most of the bad reviews were centered around poor service. What we were in there on Easter and the service was very good. We enjoyed the appetizer and the main course dinners. They may be getting a bad rap because of incidents of poor service. I like this restaurant. We didn't take advantage of any of that beer or mixed drinks but I'm sure they are probably good. One thing the water is very good. It was disappointing to see one of their workers smoking in an area that says smoke-free atmosphere. Give it a try you probably would like this place.

Great beer, food and ambiance…poor management! The Bartender Christie was amazing with dealing with 50 patrons. The management did nothing to help with pours and food orders. We noticed the lack of help from management to make sure the customers were taken care of. Christie did an awesome job! Who ever the owner is, you might want to reconsider who your managers are. My family are a world wide known restaurateurs and it was so disconcerting that the Managers could care less to help their bartender to make sure their customers where taken care of! Shame on them!!
Everything was pretty good. The deviled eggs tasted a bit bland. They needed more mustard in the recipe. The steak was also prepared perfectly but it too had mild flavors. I ALMOST wanted to ask for A1 but I can never bring myself to do that to a steak outside Denny’s. Other meals at the table were suitable and the dessert was delicious. I didn’t drink but others from our party did, to their delight.Bottom line:Nice place to try. Think of it as a higher end casual dining but low brow enough to wear jeans and a t-shirt.
We were in short pump mall and we wanted to have a quick beer.We saw restaurant rock bottom brewery and decided to hop on the bar for quick beer.From the beer on the tap we first ordered Son Beer.Son beer was amazing and we loved the beer.Then we had the oktoberfest beer which was also amazing and freshly brewed.All the beers on the tap they have brewed inside their own brewery
Service was great. My Patron Margherita was sensational. My husband got the Tito's elderberry fizz,, he said it had had too winey of a taste for him, but otherwise good. I had the Loaded AF Nachos with chicken and added guacamole my husband had the Twisted Tenders, both delicious but his a little well done for his taste.

Amazing food! The appetizers are big!! The wings are phenomenal and the fried pickles are to die for! Amazing staff, amazing food! I only wish it was closer to home! Manager was super nice as well!
