Our waiter was professional and polite. Although every time I've been here, including yesterday, they are very short staffed and overextended. It takes a while to get something you need. Our waiter was hustling and did his best, but just not enough staff for the amount of guests. There also seems to be several hostesses on duty but they don't offer assistance even if you're looking around for help when you need something. They are friendly enough but one has to ask for help. *The biggest problem with rock and brews is the food. It use to be decent, but the quality has dropped considerably. Two of us had chicken Caesar wraps and they had no taste to them, there was a minimal amount of chicken...
Shame on Gene Simmons for putting out this crap. It’s really a Chuck E. Cheese for adults with all the kids running around making noise not sure if this was his original vision of a kiddy land, but that’s what it is. Ordered the half rack ribs which were some of the worst I’ve ever…super dry. The fries were overly salty and the warm coleslaw was disgusting. For the $30 I paid for this meal I had to eat it all just because it was my only meal of the day and didn’t have time go somewhere else. The atmosphere is OK in terms of the concept, which is music, but I would say this is a dump would never go back, even if Billy Gene himself gave me a free meal ticket. Limited on site parking. Seated promptly at requested booth. Limited table staff created delays on getting drinks and food. Being a music themed restaurant, noise level is loud. Expansive beer and wine options. Able to customize order without extra charge. Pretzel with beer cheese very tasty as an appetizer. Half rack of ribs had plenty of meat on the bones. Spicy chicken tacos were very good.
It’s amazing food and love the little play area they have for the kids it’s a small little playground but it doesn’t have any items in it’s like those small Chuck E. Cheese tunnels. So adorable. I really loved the pizza they served. Kid-friendliness: A play area for the kids.

Good food, simple choices, and good brews. Love the atmosphere and decor. They have music videos playing wall to wall accompanying the music. Service was decent. Had my fries with my burger upgraded to garlic parm style, they were really good.
Food quality has dropped. Many new faces on the staff, which is apparent in the drop in quality of service. Glad to see that Freddy is still there and one of the good staff members, unfortunately, he was not at our table tonight.
Awesome spot! The music is great, and the atmosphere is really inviting. The service was fast. I tried the blackened salmon, which was tasty but a bit too salty for my liking. I'd definitely go back!
Great appetizers and food choices. Great atmosphere. Sat on covered patio area. Service was great. Very attentive server. Was greeted with a smile and seated right away. Forgot to take pictures.

The food is pretty good, but always feels pricey. Many times the beers we request are out. Very loud and echo-y too. But alas, we come back often.
