Went there last night for the first time and will never return. First let me start by saying the waitress Danielle was super sweet and great at her job, and the food runner was great. The food itself was very bland. The biggest problem was who I 'm assuming was the manager/bartender on staff. My sister in law has a ptsd service dog and called the establishment to see if they allow them before coming in. The dog was in a clearly marked vest. The manager proceeds to ask for paperwork and clearly stated I know by law I 'm not allowed to ask what he does, but what does he do, why is he up on the seat, what organization does your paperwork come from, ect . Today I took my Dad here because we were looking for a good burger for lunch. I’ve passed by a bunch of times but haven’t stopped in until today I always thought it just has the look of a good burger n brew type of pub/restaurant. My guess was spot on. We both had great burgers and enjoyed our time there. No frills, great friendly service and delicious food. Looks like a great place to watch the game with many big screen TV’s in seating area and also around a large bar.
Used to come here every few weeks but last time was unacceptable and they lost a customer for life. They told us to take any seat then had us sit for 20 minutes without even giving us menus, the waitresses ignored when I tried to flag them down numerous times. There was 2 waitresses and it wasn’t really busy, they also seated and took orders from 2 groups that came in after. Not sure if this was some ‘locals’ discrimination but we are local, this was unacceptable.
Do you want a nice, big place with a townie bar feel? Stop the heck in. The regulars are super friendly and happy to meet new folks, the bar staff are amazing, and the food? Forget pub burgers, they have a good sized menu and everything is great! “When you’re here, you’re family” to steal a corporate slogan. (Personal tip: get the Reuben with extra dressing on the side. Chef’s kiss!

Food was shockingly great for a bar. There really is a separation of bar and restaurants, here. The crowd was much older than expected
Last night, the food was delicious as always. I really love Rockwell's! The service was friendly too.
