We stayed here more than once for lunch, while driving through the region. At first it was a surprise. It is worth the detour! The house itself is old looking, but in a stylish way. The outdoor seating are great in warm weather, as you are in the center of a crossroads of a very small country village, and you can watch its own livelihood while eating, such as tractors going about their business and stuff. Very romantic in a way. As for the food, this place has some hidden gems, besides the usual daily special (Tagesmenu). They serve many different cordon bleu, each more spectacular than the next. Some appear really strange when read on the menu, but I can assure you that the chef is no fool:...
